SUPPLIED ADS
Acceptable format for ads supplied on disk in Mac or PC format for one of the following programs: QuarkXpress 6, Illustrator 10, Photoshop, InDesign or PDF.

ADS CREATED IN MICROSOFT WORD, PUBLISHER, EXCEL OR POWER POINT CANNOT BE USED. ALL FONTS AND IMAGES MUST BE INCLUDED WITH FILE. LOWER RESOLUTION, SCREEN TINTS AND INKJET OUTPUT WILL NOT BE USED.

DIGITAL PHOTOS
Can only be used when final size of ad is 300dpi resolution.
IMAGES SAVED FOR THE INTERNET CANNOT BE USED, AS THESE ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE QUALITY FOR COMMERCIAL PRINTING.

FORMATS
Preferred format for submissions is PDF-1Xa.
Preferred setup of original artwork created in:
QUARKXPRESS 7 Save with fonts and photos collected.
INDESIGN Package with fonts and photos collected.
ILLUSTRATOR 10 Save as EPS or PDF format, convert fonts to outlines. PHOTOSHOP Color or Grayscale Photos: Save as TIF or JPG, 300dpi, no smaller than actual size image to be used in final ad.
